Manage a cross-functional group of intelligence analysts, solution architects and program managers around the best practices for the organization, involving analytics, reporting, data integrity and clinical/business problem solving.
Develop a business intelligence strategy and roadmap through collaboration with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to enhance financial or operating performance through strategic use of company’s resources.
Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions
Strategizing with business partners and implementing new analytical approaches (e.g., designing new segments to analyze customer behavior)
Devise and promote creative data visualization to drive actionable intelligence
Skills and Requirements
A proven people leader with experience building and delivering business intelligence solutions to drive organizational effectiveness
7+ years of relevant work experience in analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, or related field
Experience using, writing, and optimizing SQL queries in a business environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience implementing business intelligence and visualization software (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, or related)
