Employee Engagement Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the efforts for our surveys, interviews, and focus groups to determine what motivates our teammates.
Deliver end-to-end internal employee engagement plans and campaigns to inspire and

Drive a listening culture and build feedback mechanisms into employee engagement activities and
internal communications to enable employees to have an opportunity to be heard.
Gather, analyze and present key employee engagement metrics to help support key
initiatives and prepare reports for stakeholders in a timely fashion.
Skills and Requirements
Able to work effectively and productively with internal stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent attention to detail and well organized
Positive and proactive with minimal supervision
Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and work autonomously and in a remote team environment.
High emotional intelligence or emotional maturity, especially when handling confidential or sensitive information.
Excellent verbal and written communication, in addition to interacting with all levels of teammates and leadership.
