Employee Engagement Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the efforts for our surveys, interviews, and focus groups to determine what motivates our teammates.
- Deliver end-to-end internal employee engagement plans and campaigns to inspire and

- Drive a listening culture and build feedback mechanisms into employee engagement activities and
- internal communications to enable employees to have an opportunity to be heard.
- Gather, analyze and present key employee engagement metrics to help support key
- initiatives and prepare reports for stakeholders in a timely fashion.

- Able to work effectively and productively with internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent attention to detail and well organized
- Positive and proactive with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and work autonomously and in a remote team environment.
- High emotional intelligence or emotional maturity, especially when handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, in addition to interacting with all levels of teammates and leadership.
