Roles and Responsibilities
- Research, monitoring and reporting current social media trends and adapting various social media channels.
- Brand management and further development of brand awareness to customers
- Review and escalate influential or problematic engagements on social media campaigns across multiple social media platforms.
- Ensures all social media content aligns with marketing messages and adheres to Brand Guidelines for a consistent tone of voice and identity.
