The 2026 Leadership Teambuilding of ECXPERIENCE brought together managers and leaders for a meaningful and energizing retreat at Lucky Haven Morong Bataan Beach Resort. Surrounded by the relaxing atmosphere of the beach, the event focused on strengthening teamwork, collaboration, and leadership development across departments. The retreat also served as an opportunity for leaders to step away from daily operations and reflect on shared goals and future plans. At ECXperience, Mother’s Day was celebrated with gratitude, appreciation, and meaningful moments for all the incredible mothers within our organization. To recognize their hard work both at home and in the workplace, special Mother’s Day gifts were prepared and distributed to our teams and agents. The celebration served as a reminder of the strength, dedication, and compassion that mothers bring into our workplace every day. Smiles and heartfelt reactions filled the office as employees received tokens of appreciation from the company. Through this simple gesture, ECXPERIENCE aimed to make every mom feel valued and celebrated.
EC SOLUTIONS BUILDING PROJECT
Expansion of ECXperience Operations – ECXperience continues to make significant progress in the expansion of its new building extension, reinforcing the company’s commitment to growth and operational excellence. The project is designed to provide a modern and efficient workspace that supports full BPO operations, including production areas, training rooms, meeting spaces, and employee support facilities. Major structural works have already been completed, while finishing and interior development activities are currently underway across multiple floors. The company’s vision for the expansion focuses on creating a safe, productive, and comfortable environment for both employees and clients. This development marks another milestone in ECXperience’s continuous effort to strengthen its presence and capabilities in the industry.

YEAR END PRTY 2025 – ECXPERIENCE successfully hosted its Year-End Party on December 22, 2025, led by CEO Eric Buenafe, COO Tina Buenafe, and Vice President Jaycee Quijano, with the strong support of the company leadership staff, Eskina staff, and dedicated agents. The event was held within the company grounds and was intentionally designed as a virtual Year-End Party, allowing employees to participate and celebrate together regardless of location, reinforcing inclusivity and connection across the organization.
